AbbVie has completed its $10.9 billion acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics, gaining clinical-stage drugs for atopic dermatitis, asthma and other inflammatory diseases. The deal strengthens AbbVie’s immunology pipeline but is expected to dilute earnings until the next decade.
